For Small businesses, we offer the option of a Support Agreement. This is an attractive option for those needing regular access to IT services and support, in a cost-effective manner, for a modest monthly outlay.
Customers that have a Support Agreement are given priority response and support. If needed, the support can be tailored to specific requirements, usually based on how many computers and equipments are to be supported.
With all Support Agreements, the monthly payment comes with inclusive hours at a reduced rate. Finally, any additional support that may be required is also provided at a reduced rate.
The details of our Primary Support Agreement is outlined below.
Primary Support Agreement
This Agreement, suitable for companies with one to two computers, currently costs just £49.50 per month, which includes two hours of support each month. It provides priority level support, whenever needed, without the worry of unknown costs. Additional support in excess of the inclusive hours are offered at a discounted rate of just £35.50 per hour.
From an economic standpoint, this represents excellent value ; just two hours 'ad-hoc' support per month would normally cost £948 over a year, whilst the Primary Support Agreement costs just £594 per year and comes with a range of benefits. These include priority response and support, use of our RemoteFix service, plus additional hours at a discounted rate.
Tailored Agreements
For companies with more than two computers or those that have specific or more demanding support requirements, then a discussion would be needed to assess and agree your specific needs.
