Security
The tools are completely secure & extensively tested. Our principles are to respect & maintain you & your company's privacy. The tool requires you to allow or reject a control request from us every time it's used. Once the support session is completed, if you wish, the connection is closed and no further communication or control can take place. However, subject to your explicit approval, we are able to remotely administer, repair & install applications on your request so that your computers & systems run smoothly everytime that they are needed. The remote access can be arranged to take place outside of normal working hours, should this be needed.
Limitations
To make use of the RemoteFix service, the computer must be basically functioning & be able to connect to the internet. If that's not possible, then an on-site visit will be needed.
